Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits using advanced fairness metrics and mitigation strategies
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycle
- Stay ahead of evolving global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Produce governance documentation and compliance reports
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 3+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and responsible AI tooling (IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, DeepMind)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating AI ethics projects or publications
