Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical audit protocols for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare, logistics, and finance sectors
- Develop bias mitigation algorithms using federated learning techniques across distributed quantum networks
- Lead stakeholder workshops with government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners to establish AI governance standards
- Create real-time monitoring dashboards for ethical compliance using explainable AI (XAI) visualization tools
- Author white papers on quantum ethics and contribute to ISO/IEC 42000 standards development
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI deployment through immersive VR simulations
- Conduct scenario planning for emergent AI risks using predictive modeling frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT, Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with regulatory compliance in at least two sectors (healthcare, finance, or critical infrastructure)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical specifications
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholder groups
- Fluency in ethical decision-making frameworks (e.g., utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
