Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models using advanced statistical methods
- Design compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI principles
- Author transparency reports and explainability documentation for high-stakes AI decisions
- Monitor global AI policy developments and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with proven regulatory impact
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and industry standards
- Strong technical aptitude with Python and experience auditing ML pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or whitepapers on AI ethics or governance
