Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive AI governance frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments on machine learning models
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Create audit trails and transparency reports for AI decision systems
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and update governance protocols
- Mentor junior teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with AI model explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Strong technical writing skills for policy documentation
- Proven ability to communicate complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
