Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Design governance protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish transparent AI deployment standards
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and update corporate policies proactively
- Train technical teams on responsible AI implementation practices
- Author white papers on ethical AI case studies and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global standards
- Experience with bias detection tools like IBM AI Fairness 360 or Google What-If Tool
- Proven track record of developing corporate AI ethics policies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., Stanford HAI, IBM)
