Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and update compliance protocols

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience developing AI ethics documentation and audit procedures
- Published work or speaking engagements on responsible AI topics
