Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics policies
- Strong understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influence skills
- Certification in AI ethics or related governance preferred
