Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Policy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record of designing ethical AI systems in regulated industries
- Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
