Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments across ML systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycle
- Monitor emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and ensure compliance
- Lead stakeholder engagements on ethical AI deployment strategies
- Establish metrics for measuring AI system transparency and accountability
- Create training programs on responsible AI practices for cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models and datasets
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise applications
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) highly desirable
