Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Research and publish white papers on ethical AI trends for industry stakeholders
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product roadmaps and strategic planning
- Mentor junior team members on responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience working with large-scale AI deployments in regulated industries
- Strong background in stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
