Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI principles with engineering, product, and legal teams
- Stay ahead of global AI regulatory trends (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and ensure compliance
- Document ethical decision-making processes and maintain transparency reports
- Mentor junior staff on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., Stanford HAI, IBM AI Ethics)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management in tech environments
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI initiatives or published research
