Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into design processes
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI governance and responsible deployment
- Produce whitepapers and industry standards for ethical AI practices
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation strategies
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Strong background in algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience working with regulatory bodies (NIST, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or machine learning governance
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis and model auditing
