Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML systems
- Conduct algorithmic audits for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Create ethics-by-design guidelines for product development teams
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt organizational strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, policy, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for machine learning models
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Research experience in AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IAPP CIPP, IEEE Ethics Certification)
