Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems before deployment
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI practices and compliance requirements
- Stay updated on evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Document ethical guidelines and create training materials for technical teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience conducting AI impact assessments and ethical reviews
- Published work or speaking engagements on AI ethics preferred
