Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026
- Conduct comprehensive bias audits across machine learning models and datasets
- Develop transparency protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycle
- Produce regulatory compliance documentation for evolving AI governance landscape
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI implementation and best practices
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI and update organizational policies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong background in ethical theory and applied ethics in technology contexts
- Experience developing AI governance documentation and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences
