Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and cross-cultural ethical standards
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI programs in Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Deep understanding of generative AI limitations, including hallucination mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool) and causal inference methods
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research on AI ethics or demonstrated impact through policy advocacy
