Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on ML models using proprietary audit tools

- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment with Fortune 500 C-suite
- Research emerging ethical risks in generative AI and quantum-AI convergence
- Author position papers on AI rights and digital sentience for policy summits
- Mentor junior ethicists in our rotational fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Cognitive Science with ML specialization
- 5+ years implementing AI ethics frameworks in regulated industries
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment
- Certified in Responsible AI from MIT or Stanford (required)
- Experience with adversarial testing of autonomous systems
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and state-level AI regulations
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI system implementations
- Fluency in Python for ethics auditing tool development
