Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in machine learning architectures and data pipeline design
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with quantitative bias assessment tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
