Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop enterprise-wide governance policies for ethical AI deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycles
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in AI and propose mitigation strategies
- Represent the company at global ethics forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior ethicists and champion ethical AI education across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in developing AI ethics frameworks and governance policies
- Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and generative AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Certification in AI ethics, data privacy, or related governance domain
