- Develop predictive risk assessment models for AI deployment in sensitive domains like healthcare and finance
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse communities affected by AI decision-making systems
- Author thought leadership publications on responsible AI adoption and ethical technology scaling
- Partner with product teams to embed privacy-preserving techniques and bias mitigation protocols
- Monitor global regulatory developments and translate complex policies into actionable compliance roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in ethical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology) applied to machine learning systems
- Proven track record developing bias mitigation techniques for large-scale AI deployments
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with regulatory landscapes (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and compliance methodologies
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in diverse communities including marginalized populations
