Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product releases
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI transparency and accountability
- Advise on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Design user-centric ethical review protocols
- Represent the company in AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Mentor junior teams on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations and standards
- Proven ability to translate ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
