Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI deployment
- Create governance policies for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Proactively identify ethical risks in emerging AI technologies
- Develop training programs on responsible AI practices for technical teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI governance or tech ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in tech environments
- Strong analytical skills for complex ethical problem-solving
- Published work or demonstrated thought leadership in AI ethics
