Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI models deployed in healthcare and finance sectors
- Develop corporate governance policies for AI deployment, including human-in-the-loop protocols
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives to align business objectives with ethical AI principles
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits including OECD and World Economic Forum forums
- Author thought leadership papers on responsible AI adoption for 2026+ technological landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics with Big Tech or regulatory bodies
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for LLMs and computer vision systems
- Proven track record of influencing AI policy development at state/federal level
- Strong understanding of emerging AI risks including deepfakes, autonomous weapons, and algorithmic discrimination
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks (Asia-Pacific, EU, North American perspectives)
