Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical governance objectives
- Author industry whitepapers on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in quantum-entangled computing systems
- Represent the company at international AI ethics symposiums and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with focus on AI governance
- 5+ years developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale ML models
- Proven track record influencing policy in regulatory environments
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Experience with adversarial testing and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics to technical teams
