Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical frameworks for AI deployment across healthcare, finance, and autonomous systems by 2026
- Lead cross-functional task forces to audit algorithmic bias and implement mitigation strategies
- Shape industry standards through policy whitepapers and regulatory consultations
- Design 'Ethical Impact Assessments' for all new AI initiatives
- Establish transparent governance protocols for human-AI collaboration
- Train leadership teams on ethical AI decision-making frameworks
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into executable technical policies
- Experience collaborating with regulatory bodies (FTC, NIST, etc.)
- Deep understanding of 2026 AI horizon technologies (AGI, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (RAIG) preferred
