- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to shape 2026 AI compliance standards
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development methodologies
- Author white papers on quantum ethics and emergent AI consciousness considerations
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits including Davos and IEEE summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science on AI alignment problems
- Expertise in federated learning differential privacy and adversarial robustness
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into engineering requirements
- Experience leading ethics committees for Fortune 100 tech companies
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI simulation and auditing tools
- Published work on value alignment in superintelligent systems
