Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (XAI)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience developing ethical AI guidelines for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and ML pipelines
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Experience with cross-functional agile development methodologies
