Responsibilities
- Design and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 product lifecycle.
- Lead high-level research into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Quantum computing applications.
- Collaborate with UX and Product teams to integrate futuristic AI interfaces into user workflows.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging technologies that drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of launching scalable AI products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and deep learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
