Responsibilities
- Develop AI roadmaps for 2026+ with emphasis on quantum-neural hybrid systems
- Lead ethics committees for autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Design human-AI interaction protocols for cross-industrial adoption
- Collaborate with NASA and WHO on AI-augmented climate/health initiatives
- Architect next-gen AI training datasets using synthetic consciousness models
- Present at Davos and TED conferences on AI societal impact
- Mentor 10-person team of AI ethicists and quantum engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural-symbolic integration
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record building ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and AGI safety protocols
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (e.g., Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Portfolio demonstrating AI systems deployed at >1B user scale
