Responsibilities

- Present findings at Davos and MIT Tech Review summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in advanced neural network architectures
- Drive patent development for breakthrough cognitive computing
- Coordinate with UN Future Tech Policy committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years post-doc experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proficiency in TensorFlow Quantum and PyTorch 3.0
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
- Demonstrated impact on AI policy development
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Python
- Portfolio of 3+ deployed systems affecting >1M users
