Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year AI innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, quantum computing integration, and autonomous systems
- Architect sustainable AI frameworks with carbon-neutral deployment strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with business transformation goals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging AI methodologies and ethical implementation
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for 2026+ technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-grade AI systems at scale (e.g., GPT-4+, autonomous systems)
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI governance
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and hybrid AI-quantum workflows
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act, evolving US frameworks)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with demonstrable impact on organizational innovation
