Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight strategies incorporating AI, quantum, and biotech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-gen AI systems and innovation frameworks
- Partner with C-suite to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and market disruption
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies
- Drive AI ethics and governance initiatives across organizational ecosystems
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental thinking
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in AI implementation
- Proven track record of leading innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or AI ethics
- Experience with venture capital and startup incubation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, APF) preferred
