Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with global regulatory trends
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen AI applications in healthcare, climate, and autonomy
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder presentations on AI evolution scenarios
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof technology adoption methodologies
- Represent company at global AI summits and standards organizations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, and human-AI symbiosis
- Published author in peer-reviewed AI ethics or future technology journals
- Experience advising governments/NGOs on AI policy development
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism preferred
- Fluency in AI research frameworks (Transformer architecture, diffusion models)
