Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in advanced AI development
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning
- Published research on AGI safety or AI ethics frameworks
- Experience leading R&D teams in high-growth tech environments
- Deep understanding of Singularity Institute principles and long-term AI alignment
- Strong background in deploying AI systems at scale (>10M user impact)
