Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Drive patent development for breakthrough AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with quantum computing algorithms and neuromorphic hardware
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio of 3+ AI patents or open-source frameworks with 5k+ GitHub stars
