Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align AI development with societal values
- Proactively identify emerging AI risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with policymakers on future-ready AI regulation standards
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact through 2030
- Drive adoption of explainable AI (XAI) principles across product lifecycle
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or technology ethics
- Published research on AI bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in Responsible AI or equivalent (e.g., IEEE AI Ethics)
