Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and market forecasting
- Lead AI-driven scenario planning for global business transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.) for commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level AI/ML solutions
- Deep expertise in trend analysis and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in strategic planning and business transformation
- Published research in AI ethics or future technology implications
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Prophet)
