Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years in applied research
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives from prototype to production
- Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with MLOps stacks (Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MLflow)
