Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ user bases
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and global regulatory landscapes
- Experience with federated learning and blockchain-based AI validation
- Portfolio demonstrating human-centered AI design implementations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging AI frameworks
