Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting technological disruptions through 2030
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on 2026 digital transformation strategies
- Author white papers on quantum-AI convergence for peer-reviewed journals
- Design prototyping roadmaps for neuromorphic computing implementations
- Establish KPIs measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
- Coordinate with UN Technology Ethics Board on global AI governance standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 companies on AI strategy
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with predictive modeling for complex socio-technical systems
- Strong background in human-computer interaction and cognitive augmentation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
