- Create human-in-the-loop interfaces balancing automation with ethical oversight
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and generative AI applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI-first development methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years production ML experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Kubernetes, and cloud-native ML deployment
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware
- Track record of shipping ML systems serving 1M+ users or equivalent impact
