- Expertise in transformer architectures beyond 2023 GPT-4 standards
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in Rust and Python for high-performance AI development
