Responsibilities
- Lead groundbreaking research in advanced AI domains including generative adversarial networks, neuro-symbolic AI, and multi-agent reinforcement learning
- Develop novel algorithms to solve complex problems in autonomous systems, climate modeling, and personalized medicine
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production models
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) and present at premier conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and innovation
- Contribute to ethical AI frameworks and responsible development practices
- Secure external funding through grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years of industry research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or explainable AI frameworks
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing architectures
- Strong background in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, probability theory)
- Experience with large-scale data processing and MLOps pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from conception to deployment
