Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Develop quantum-entangled neural network prototypes
- Create patent-pending algorithms for explainable AI (XAI) systems
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced deep learning techniques
- Collaborate with futurists to define 2026+ AI roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (minimum 5 papers)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI development
- Experience with distributed ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and computational complexity
