Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Published research in quantum ML or neuromorphic computing (10+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Proven track record of converting research into commercial applications
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI frameworks
