Responsibilities

- Optimize neural networks for edge deployment in next-gen IoT ecosystems
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for human-AI symbiosis applications
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding
- Mentor PhD researchers in advanced deep learning techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade neural networks at scale
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >200 citations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency with TensorFlow Quantum and PyTorch Quantum
- Experience with neuromorphic computing systems (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Strong track record of translating research to commercial products
- Security clearance for DoD projects preferred
