- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders program
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from federal and private sources
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and PyTorch
- Proven track record of securing research funding
- Strong background in ethical AI development frameworks
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized research projects
