Responsibilities

- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to pioneer hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through internal hackathons

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of industry research experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with experience training models on 10k+ GPU clusters
