Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-inspired machine learning algorithms

- Mentor a team of 5+ researchers and PhD candidates
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from federal and private partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 3+ years of applied research experience in generative AI or quantum ML
- Publication record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and high-performance computing
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven ability to secure competitive research funding
