Responsibilities
- Lead advanced R&D projects in next-gen AI architectures (2026 roadmap)
- Develop novel algorithms for quantum-enhanced machine learning systems
- Partner with ethics board to ensure responsible AI deployment frameworks
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals/conferences
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Innovators program
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants through strategic proposal development
- Drive open-source contributions to accelerate industry-wide progress
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR venues
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or equivalent
- Strong background in reinforcement learning for complex autonomous systems
- Demonstrated experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for frontier-level technical challenges
